Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what Cravium ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. By using Cravium you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address and password. Passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider, not kept by us in readable form.

Profile and preferences: the goal you pick (including whether you indicate you use a GLP-1 medication), your protein target, dietary preferences and restrictions, foods you flag as triggers, and any shot-day schedule you set, solely to personalize your suggestions.

Activity: the meals and orders you log, and the protein and calorie amounts you record.

Location: if you choose to use location features, the approximate coordinates from your device or the ZIP code you enter, used to find nearby restaurants.

Technical: basic technical and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

Sensitive information

Some information you provide (such as indicating GLP-1 use or dietary restrictions) may be considered health-related. We collect it only when you choose to provide it, use it only to personalize your experience, and do not sell it.

How we use your information

To provide and personalize Cravium: generating protein-forward suggestions, saving your setup and history, and syncing across your devices, and to maintain, secure, and improve the service.

How your information is stored and shared

We use Supabase to host our database and manage authentication; your account and data are stored there on our behalf.

When you use location features, we send the location or ZIP you provide to Google Maps Platform to find nearby restaurants. To estimate menu options at independent restaurants, we send restaurant names and types (not your identity) to an AI provider (Google Gemini). The app is hosted on Netlify.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with these service providers as needed to run Cravium, or if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting help@cravium.app, and we will delete it except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact help@cravium.app.

Children

Cravium is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date below.
